Day to day
What changes in your day-to-day
Four everyday concerns, and how SOS Educ answers them.
- Never dig through paper files again
Parents, emergency contacts, allergies and reaction instructions. Everything found in seconds — even in an emergency, especially in an emergency.
- Clear contracts with every family
Schedule, rate, payment terms and fees: the terms agreed with each family are recorded in the child's profile, along with the signing parents.
- The daily summary in about two minutes
Select the elements, add a note, send it to families. Parents get it by email right away, without you writing it — zero printing. Your evening is yours again.
- Protected information, no jargon
Canadian hosting, data encryption, design aligned with Law 25. The most common security questions are answered in our dedicated FAQ, because you deserve to know how your data and families' data is protected.
Why trust us
Why trust us (when we're new)
We're not going to tell you we have thousands of users. We're honest: SOS Educ is in pre-launch. But here's why educators already trust us.
- Built with the people who use it.
Every SOS Educ feature came out of a real conversation with an educator — at a daycare, in a home setting, at a school. Not in an isolated office. We listened, we built, we adjusted. And we keep going. You can be part of shaping what's next.
- Your data protected, hosted in Canada.
Encrypted, hosted in Canada, designed around Quebec's Law 25 privacy requirements. Because trust starts with security — for you and for families.
- We build in public.
You see what we're building, as we build it. No surprises, no empty promises. If something isn't working, we say so — and we fix it. You suggest features and vote for others' ideas right in the app's help center. That's what built with, not for, means.
