Service contracts

The terms agreed with each family, recorded in the child's profile. When a question comes up about the schedule or fees, the answer is right there, with no paper copy to dig up.

Your terms, filled in for you.: Set your age-based contribution, payment terms and fees once: every new contract starts from them.
Parents can view it.: Parents view their child's contract and its documents from their own access.
One contract per period.: Several contracts per child, upcoming, active or archived, with the history of their changes.
Even offline.: View, create and edit contracts offline: changes sync as soon as the network is back. If one conflicts with a change made elsewhere, you choose which version to keep.

Each contract gathers the terms agreed with the family, from the start date to the applicable fees.

Period

Start date and, if needed, end date of the contract.

Schedule

Attendance days, each with its drop-off and pickup time.

Contribution and payment

Daily contribution for each age bracket, payment frequency, methods and day.

Fees

Late fees per interval, NSF fees, and cancellation fees as a percentage with a cap.

Signatories

Parent 1 and parent 2, with the date and place of signing.
