Collaboration with colleagues and parents
Each person has their own access and only sees what concerns them. You decide who does what, and you can change it at any time.
- One access per person.
- Invite a colleague or a parent from their profile. They create their access from the link they receive by email, tied to their address.
- Groups.
- Split children and colleagues into groups: a colleague assigned to a group doesn't see the children of other groups.
- Everyone in the loop.
- Daily log sent, invitation accepted: everyone concerned is notified in the app and, if they turned them on, with a notification on their device.

Who sees what
Each role gives access to what the person needs, nothing more.
Administration
Manage children, parents, colleagues, contracts, groups and the subscription.
Staff members
View the profiles of the children in their group, fill in their daily logs and update their photo.
Parents
View their own children's profile, contract, documents and daily logs, without editing them, except their child's photo.
