Every profile keeps track of what happens to it. A Law 25 requirement, and peace of mind for the whole team.

Every change logged.: Creation, change, deletion, linking a parent: the history shows who changed what, when, with the old and new value.
Consultations too.: Every time a child's, parent's, colleague's, contract's or group's profile is opened, it's recorded. You know who looked at that information.

A history on every profile

Children, parents, colleagues, contracts, daily logs: every profile has its History tab, most recent change first.

For encrypted information, such as an identification number, the history shows that it changed without ever displaying its value.

Filter by type of change, find what someone did by searching for their name, and show consultations with the "Include record views" filter.
